Supports modem initialization and remote communication over public telephone lines. Features remote password protection to prevent unauthorized PLC access. Allows high-speed (up to 230.4 kbps) and large-capacity communication (up to 960 words with MC protocol). Supports MC protocol for data read/write by external devices (PC, display). Also supports no-protocol communication for barcode readers, measuring instruments, etc.
