Unlike conventional control models, where adjustments to feedforward control (e.g., reducing response time) inevitably affect feedback control (e.g., vibration suppression), requiring re-tuning of both parameters, the 2-DOF control allows independent adjustment of feedforward and feedback loops. This enables simultaneous optimization of command response speed and vibration reduction, resulting in shorter settling times and lower vibration. These capabilities significantly improve the cycle time of electronic component placement machines, enhance the surface finish of metal processing equipment, and enable smooth, rapid motion in industrial robots.

The system features a newly developed "suitable gain" function for quick and easy installation, maximizing the performance of the A5Ⅱ series.
