The Omron XWT-ID16 is an NPN-type 16-point expansion input module. It allows easy I/O expansion, with each digital I/O slave unit supporting one additional expansion unit. This enables flexible system configurations, such as combining 16 inputs with 8 outputs. The removable terminal block improves startup time and maintainability. It also collects preventive maintenance data, including equipment degradation due to aging and runtime information, to help enhance productivity.
