OMRON CMOS-RAM Memory Card C200H-CPU02
The Omron C200H-CPU02 uses a CMOS-RAM memory card with capacitor backup. It has 3K words of UM and 1K words of DM. The CPU includes a slot for a memory cartridge that works together with the internal RAM. EEPROM and EPROM cartridges are available. To write programs to EPROM, use a standard PROM writer. The EPROM must be installed into the cartridge before inserting it into the CPU. Removing the EPROM cartridge does not cause data loss.
