The Mitsubishi Thermocouple-Type Temperature Control Module (Upgraded Version) Q64TCTTN is a high-performance, multi-channel temperature control unit designed for precise and stable thermal management in industrial applications. It features 4 input channels compatible with a wide range of thermocouple types, including K, J, T, B, S, E, R, N, U, L, PLII, and W5Re/W26Re, offering exceptional flexibility for diverse temperature sensing requirements.
This module does not include a heater disconnection detection function, which simplifies the design for applications where such monitoring is unnecessary. The sampling cycle is 0.5 seconds for all 4 channels, ensuring rapid and responsive temperature data acquisition for real-time control.
The module is equipped with an 18-point terminal block for easy and reliable wiring. A key feature is the peak current control function, which prevents simultaneous output activation, thereby managing inrush current. This not only protects the system but also contributes to energy savings and reduced operating costs.
Additionally, the simultaneous升温 (temperature rise) function allows multiple control loops to reach their set points at the same time, ensuring uniform temperature control. This helps prevent no-load operation, further enhancing energy efficiency and lowering operational expenses.
The auto-tuning function enables automatic adjustment of PID constants during the control process, eliminating the need for manual tuning. This reduces the costs associated with auto-tuning in terms of time, materials, and energy consumption, while allowing for flexible configuration to achieve optimal temperature control.
Designed for demanding applications such as extrusion molding machines, where temperature control stability is critical, the module includes overheating and overcooling prevention functions. These safeguards ensure reliable and safe operation even under challenging conditions.
Users can select from multiple control modes to suit the specific requirements of the controlled equipment: standard control (heating or cooling), heating/cooling control (both heating and cooling), or a hybrid control mode that combines standard and heating-cooling control. This versatility makes the Q64TCTTN an ideal solution for achieving precise, efficient, and stable temperature regulation across a wide range of industrial processes.
