The Mitsubishi Q64RD is a 4-channel isolated analog input module for platinum resistance thermometers (Pt10, JPt100, Pt100) and nickel (Ni100). It features a conversion speed of 40ms per channel (320ms for 8 channels), 18-point terminal block, 40-pin connector, and wire break detection. Designed for process control, it supports multi-channel (8-channel) and channel-isolated types. It enables quick system recovery by backing up CPU data to a memory card, automatically saves programs/parameters to Flash ROM, and backs up device data to standard ROM to prevent loss during power outages—ensuring easy restoration without battery maintenance.

Important soft element data can also be backed up to standard ROM, ensuring that data is not lost even during extended planned shutdowns, such as long holidays, when battery power may drain completely. Upon the next power-up, the backed-up data is automatically restored, providing seamless continuity and peace of mind.
