Workpiece measurement in 5µs units: In pulse measurement mode, ON/OFF time of input signals (minimum 200µs) can be measured in units as small as 5µs. For example, after measuring the ON time of a sensor input, the "movement speed" and "length" of a workpiece passing the sensor can be accurately calculated.
High-speed PWM control up to 200kHz: In PWM output mode, by setting ON time and cycle time, the duty cycle can also be changed, and high-speed pulses with a minimum cycle of 5µs can be output. Suitable for a wide range of applications including lighting dimming control, simple motor control, heater control, and oscillators for inspection equipment requiring high resolution.
