The Mitsubishi HG-KR43BJ is a high-performance servo motor from the HG-KR series, specifically designed for low-inertia, small-capacity applications. With a rated output of 0.4 kW and a rated speed of 3000 r/min, this motor delivers high-speed and high-precision motion control in compact systems.

●High-Speed Capability: The motor supports a maximum speed of 6000 r/min, enabling efficient operation in high-speed applications.

●High Torque in High-Speed Range: It delivers a maximum torque of 350% of the rated torque, ensuring excellent torque performance even at elevated rotational speeds. This feature is exclusive to the HG-KR series.

●High-Resolution Encoder: Equipped with a standard high-resolution absolute position encoder (4,194,304 pulses/rev, 22-bit), the motor provides precise position feedback, enabling superior positioning accuracy and smooth operation.

●Built-in Electromagnetic Brake: The motor comes with an electromagnetic brake, ensuring safe and reliable holding when power is off, making it suitable for vertical or safety-critical applications.

●Oil Seal Included: An oil seal is provided as standard (see Notes 1, 2, and 3). This enhances protection against oil ingress, extending the motor's life in harsh environments. Note that oil seals are not included when a gearhead is attached. Additionally, the external dimensions of HG-KR and HG-MR series motors with oil seals differ from standard specifications.

●Enhanced Environmental Resistance: The HG-KR series, along with HG-MR, HG-RR, and HG-UR series, is rated IP65, offering robust protection against dust and water jets. This makes the motor suitable for use in demanding industrial environments.

Supported Configurations:

●Oil seal support is available for HG-KR and HG-MR series motors rated 0.1 kW and above, as well as for the HG-SR series.

●When a reduction gear is attached, the oil seal is omitted.
