The Mitsubishi CC-Link IE Controller Network Q80BD-J71GP21-SX is a PCI/PCI-X bus-compatible module supporting Japanese and English OS. It uses a dual-loop controller network (control station/normal station) with multimode fiber optic cable. The AnyWire DB A20 system employs a separate transmission method for high-speed, reliable sensor networks, with selectable distances of 50m/200m/1km/3km. It supports up to 512 inputs and 512 outputs per module (standard), and detects disconnection even on branch lines. This space-saving network module is suitable for cabinet and in-device wiring. Link scan time is as fast as 1.2ms for 64 stations (at 2.5Mbps). Transmission rates of 2.5Mbps, 625kbps, or 156kbps can be selected based on distance. CC-Link/LT slaves require no parameter settings—only the master module needs transmission speed configuration. CC-Link enables high-speed transmission of large bit and word data with reliable fieldbus technology, maintaining cyclic transmission consistency and separating it from transient communication to ensure on-time delivery, unaffected even by saturated information traffic.
