Instruction list (IL) programming language is a mnemonic-based language similar to assembly, consisting of operation codes and operands. It is suitable for use with a handheld PLC programmer when no computer is available. IL has a one-to-one correspondence with ladder diagram (LD) and can be converted between the two in PLC programming software. Its features include easy memorization, convenient operation on handheld programmers, and programming capability without a computer, similar to ladder diagram language.
The Mitsubishi A1SX40 input module is a DC sink-type input module designed for industrial automation systems. It features 16 input points, with a rated input voltage of either 12V DC or 24V DC, and a corresponding input current of 3 mA or 7 mA depending on the voltage used. The module is connected via a terminal block and shares a common terminal for all 16 input points, simplifying wiring in control panels.
In terms of programming, the instruction list (IL) programming language is a mnemonic-based language similar to assembly language. Additionally, its one-to-one relationship with ladder diagrams ensures that its features are largely consistent with those of ladder diagram programming.
