The GT1672-VNBA is powered by an AC100~240V power supply and includes a built-in RS-422 communication interface. It supports multimedia and various advanced functions, including embedded communication capabilities. The user storage capacity is 15MB (for the GT16__-VNB__ series, it is 11MB). The unit is equipped with both USB HOST and USB device ports, as well as standard Ethernet, RS-422/485, and RS-232 ports. It also supports multimedia and video/RGB expansion units.
The touch panel uses analog touch technology. To ensure proper functionality, the touch screen surface should be kept free of water droplets or any soft materials that may adhere to it, as these can cause false touches or inaccuracies in surface acoustic wave (SAW) touch screens. When cleaning the screen, use a soft dry cloth or a mild cleaning agent, gently wiping from the center outward. Alternatively, a dry soft cloth slightly dampened with industrial alcohol or glass cleaner may be used.
If the touch screen responds slowly to touch inputs, this may indicate that the system is outdated with a low internal clock frequency, or that water droplets are moving across the surface. In such cases, upgrading or replacing the system may be necessary, or simply wiping the screen dry can restore responsiveness.
If the cursor moves in the opposite direction of the touch gesture (e.g., touching left but the cursor moves right), this issue may be caused by the control box being connected in reverse or the touch panel being installed upside down. Correcting the orientation or reconnecting the interface properly will resolve the issue.
