The Mitsubishi high-speed counter module LX41C4 is a dual-channel input module designed for advanced motion control and precise measurement applications. It supports differential driver inputs, enabling high-speed counting of up to 500,000 pulses per second. In speed and length measurement applications, the module can measure ON width, OFF width, and even the time difference between sensor signals under different conditions. Measurement resolution is as fine as 25 nanoseconds, enabling accurate performance in demanding environments.
Additionally, the module supports delay output functionality, allowing each channel’s output timing to be individually adjusted. This makes it possible to implement error compensation and synchronized output control with high accuracy.
