The Omron DRT1-AD04 is a compact input terminal block equipped with transistor-based outputs and a screwless clamp terminal design, specifically engineered to streamline wiring and reduce labor costs on factory floors. Its screwless construction eliminates the need for tightening operations, enabling faster and more efficient installation. The detachable terminal block simplifies maintenance tasks, allowing for easy replacement or inspection without disturbing existing wiring. Wiring is accomplished in a single step by simply inserting a ferrule-equipped wire, significantly cutting down on setup time.

This model does not support short-circuit or open-circuit detection. It is configured for NPN (+ common) input type, providing 16 input points. The I/O connection is made via clamp terminals. The rated internal circuit power supply voltage is supplied through the communication connector, while the I/O power supply voltage is rated at DC24V.
