The Q64RP also enhances data security through automatic backup of critical data. Programs and parameter files are automatically saved to a battery-free program memory (Flash ROM), preventing the loss of programs and parameters due to forgotten battery replacements. Additionally, important data such as soft element values can be backed up to the standard ROM. This ensures that during planned shutdowns, such as long holidays, data is not lost due to battery depletion. When the power is turned on again, the backed-up data is automatically restored, providing seamless continuity.

Furthermore, the module facilitates easier program creation through expanded soft element capacity. The bit soft elements, such as M soft elements and B soft elements, can be expanded up to 60K points. This increased capacity allows for more intuitive and understandable programming, enabling engineers to create more complex and efficient control logic with greater ease.
