The Mitsubishi Q64AD-GH is a high-performance analog input module designed for precision process control applications. It features four independent channels, each capable of accepting voltage inputs in the range of DC -10V to +10V or current inputs from DC 0 to 20 mA. The module offers flexible output resolution settings, including 0 to 32000, -32000 to 32000, 0 to 64000, and -64000 to 64000, allowing users to tailor the measurement range to specific application requirements.
With a conversion speed of 10 ms for all four channels, the Q64AD-GH ensures rapid data acquisition and real-time monitoring. The module is equipped with an 18-point terminal block for easy wiring and maintains full channel-to-channel isolation. This isolation feature not only provides high withstand voltage but also significantly improves baseline accuracy by eliminating electrical interference such as noise and ground loops between channels.
As an intelligent function module, the Q64AD-GH expands the control capabilities of standard programmable logic controllers (PLCs). It supports direct connection to field devices such as flow meters, pressure gauges, and other sensors on the input side, as well as control valves on the output side. By eliminating the need for external isolation amplifiers, the module reduces both hardware and installation costs.
The Q64AD-GH is classified as both a standard analog input module and an isolated analog input module.
