Mitsubishi CC-Link Communication Drive MR-J3-70T
The Mitsubishi CC-Link communication servo drive MR-J3-70T is part of the MELSERVO-J3 series, with a rated output of 0.75 kW and a single-phase AC200V power supply. It features a CC-Link communication interface with built-in positioning functionality. Positioning operations are executed by setting position and speed data in a positioning table and receiving start signals from a host controller. Data settings and start/stop operations can be performed via CC-Link communication. With the optional MR-J3-D01 extension I/O unit, positioning table selection and operation can be done through DI/O commands (note: CC-Link communication is disabled when using the MR-J3-D01). The servo amplifier supports CC-Link Ver. 1.10, enables start, stop, and monitoring via CC-Link, reduces wiring through serial communication, and allows distributed servo control system setup. It can also be used for speed control, and speed commands can be directly set via remote registers when two stations are occupied. The optional parameter unit MR-PRU03 simplifies parameter setting and operation.
The Mitsubishi Electric MELSERVO-J3 Series servo amplifier, model MR-J3-70T, is a high-performance AC servo drive designed for advanced motion control applications. The MR-J3-70T operates on a single-phase AC 200V power supply and supports CC-Link communication at Version 1.10. In addition to CC-Link-based control, the amplifier can be used with the optional MR-J3-D01 expansion I/O unit. When this unit is installed, positioning table selection and positioning operations can be executed through discrete I/O (DI/O) commands. However, it is important to note that when the MR-J3-D01 is in use, CC-Link communication is not available.
The built-in positioning function of the MR-J3-70T allows for distributed servo control system architectures, reducing wiring complexity through serial communication. The amplifier also supports speed control operation, and when two stations are occupied, speed commands can be set directly via remote registers.
For enhanced usability, the optional parameter unit MR-PRU03 simplifies parameter configuration, system monitoring, and operational testing. The MR-J3-70T also supports comprehensive monitoring and control functions, including start, stop, and status monitoring, all accessible through the CC-Link interface. This makes it an ideal solution for applications requiring flexible, high-speed, and reliable positioning and motion control in a networked industrial environment.
