Mitsubishi Positioning Module LD75D4-CM
Mitsubishi positioning module LD75D4-CM, differential output, 4-axis control, max output pulse 4M pulse/s, 600 positioning data per axis, max connection distance 10m, easy startup. Features digital oscilloscope function for waveform display and data collection synchronized with control cycle, supporting 16CH word and 16CH bit sampling (real-time display for 8CH each). Includes test functions for simple startup and operation check without sequence programs.
The Mitsubishi定位模块LD75D4-CM is a high-performance positioning unit featuring differential output, supporting up to 4 control axes simultaneously. It delivers a maximum output pulse rate of 4 million pulses per second (4 M pulse/s), enabling high-speed and precise motion control. Each axis can store up to 600 positioning data points, offering extensive flexibility for complex motion sequences. The maximum connection distance for the module is 10 meters, ensuring reliable signal transmission in various industrial setups.
The module is designed for easy startup, incorporating a digital oscilloscope function that enhances efficiency during initial setup. This function allows data collection and waveform display synchronized with the control cycle of the simple motion controller, making it easier to verify and optimize system performance. The setup process is guided by an intuitive auxiliary function, simplifying configuration steps.
Users can define different probe settings to quickly select and view the data they need. The module supports sampling of 16 channels of word data and 16 channels of bit data. Among these, 8 channels of word data and 8 channels of bit data can be displayed in real time, providing immediate visibility into system operation.
In addition, the LD75D4-CM offers a comprehensive test function, which greatly simplifies startup and operational checks. Users can select and display only the necessary information from a wide range of available data, reducing complexity. With the test function, basic motion verification can be performed without requiring a sequence program, allowing for quick and straightforward confirmation of fundamental operations.
