The Mitsubishi CPU module L26CPU-CM features a sink-type universal output, 260K step program capacity (with an additional 20K step mentioned), and a basic processing speed of 9.5 ns. It supports USB/Ethernet communication, stored program repetitive control, and up to 4096 I/O points. It includes an end cover and offers high-speed PWM control up to 200 kHz, capable of outputting pulses as short as 5 μs for applications such as lighting dimming, motor control, heater control, and high-resolution detection. Pulse measurement mode allows ON/OFF time measurement in 5 μs units (minimum 200 μs input), enabling accurate calculation of workpiece speed and length. Built-in I/O functions are easily configured via programming tool parameters.
